About me
A quick glance at the story behind my work.
Nice to meet you!
I’m Paolo.
For more than twenty years I’ve navigated changes: from growing teams in emerging markets to European organizations, through transition, restructures and new leadership cycles.
Â
My approach was shaped on the field, working side-by-side with people facing tight deadlines, complex decisions in demanding contexts.
Â
Progress is a shared effort: it happens when roles are clear, conversations are honest and
everyone knows what they’re working toward.
Â
This is the lens I bring inyo every project: pratical, grounded and attentive to how people actually work together.
How I got here.
A timeline of the roles that shaped my method.
Technical Manager
My first years on the ground, working with R&D and sales teams and seeing how decisions truly affect daily operations.
It’s where I learned that strategy only works when it respects reality.
Export Sales Manager
Opened new markets and negotiated with international partners, discovering how cultures shapes expectations, opportunities and the perception of risk.
Those years taught me to read people long before reading numbers.
Corporate Engineer
Acted as the bridge between operations and strategy, turning technical constraints into clear, workable plans for multiple plants and countries.
This role refined my ability to translate complexity into action.
Business Development Manager
Led growth initiatives, built partnerships and developed product portfolios while balancing profitability with long-term positioning.
It strengthened my sense of direction: growth matters, but coherence matters more.
General Manager
Took responsibility for results, teams and budgets, guiding people through change while keeping motivation and collaboration intact especially in hard challenging scenario.
Here I learned that leadership is mostly about creating the conditions for others to work well.
Target Market Manager
Focused on specific markets and segments, refining brand positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategies across regions.
This role sharpened my ability to understand where value is created — and where it isn’t.
Business Advisor
Today I support companies navigating transitions, bringing together all these experiences to help them regain direction and move with confidence.
It’s the natural synthesis of everything I’ve learned along the way.

Philosophy
A good strategy starts with understanding.
My approach combines method, focus, and the
ability to translate insight into concrete steps.
Clear thinking, steady progress, and long-term
direction — without unnecessary noise.
Focus
Select what truly
matters and give it the right space
then take decisions anchored to
purpose
Perspective
Read patterns,
anticipate
implications, and
design solutions
that stand over
time.
Discipline
Continuity,
respect
for the process,
and the
commitment to
follow through
People first
Values, habits,
and shared
responsibilities
shape how teams
work and
results are built.
